The 5.56 Mag Pouch Medical Insert provides you the option to carry individual first aid supplies inside a mag pouch instead of having to add an aditional dedicated medic pouch or IFAK to your gear. The insert features heavy duty elastic loops of various sizes to secure a variety of first aid supplies, a red webbing handle for quick identification and removal and it unfolds flat for easy access.
The insert is designed to fit inside a standard double 5.56 magazine pouch or larger, but some larger first aid supplies may require a wider pouch such as our Double 7.62 Mag Pouch (shown). Measures 19 3/4\” long x 3\” wide when opened. Folded dimensions will vary depending on your first aid configuration. Available in Black and Coyote Brown.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
